In the afternoon, teams engage in a simulated negotiation of a highly intricate case, followed by constructive feedback sessions featuring video and live demonstrations of effective negotiation strategies.

The morning session equips participants with a robust framework for navigating deal-making across cultures. The afternoon session challenges participants to apply their learning to a complex scenario, requiring skillful application of all program lessons. The program culminates with insights on how technology is reshaping negotiation dynamics and practical strategies for adaptation.

As an integral part of the program, participants receive complimentary access to the online interactive course ‘Cultural Diversity and its Impact on Conflict and Communication’, enriching their understanding of cross-cultural dynamics in negotiation.
